iCandy is dedicated to offering a high level of Customer Service. If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Please check your order upon receipt to ensure the item is the correct one you ordered. If after 14 days you discover the item to be incorrect you may be charged a re-stocking fee.
Please call our Customer Services Team on 01767 604400 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm Friday to arrange to return your goods. Please have your original order number to quote as proof of your purchase.
To qualify for a refund, the item/s must be in their original packaging, in an unused condition, complete with all parts and accessories. You will need to obtain a returns number to complete your returns form which needs to be enclosed in the parcel.
For items returned outside the 14 day cooling off period we can collect the item at a standard cost of £10 or you can return the item via Royal Mail at your own cost. We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery from Royal Mail.
For all other orders customers will need to return the item at their own cost, unless the item is faulty or you have recieved an incorrect item.
Once again you need to obtain a returns number from Customer Services to complete your returns form and the item/s must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
We will refund or exchange any item which develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will replace free of charge any item which develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days from delivery and within the guarantee period. There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.

iCandy will deliver/collect goods to/from addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only, exluding Scottish Islands. There may be extended delivery times in some areas. We currently do not deliver or collect from BFPO.
